Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is currently hiring for a Plant Superintendent at our new Degumming facility in David City, NE. This person reports to and is under the general direction of the Plant Operations Manager and will travel to other AGP plants to train while the new plant is under construction.

 

Responsibilities:

Maintain operation of the plant through inspection, trouble shooting, coordinating shut down and communication with pertinent staff. Monitor and maintain production and production quality. Inspect and ensure efficient equipment operations. Train and supervise employees through scheduling work, checking quality of work, conducting performance appraisals, and handling disciplinary matters. Develop and manage projects Attend company meetings, enforce company policies & procedures
