Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The work of the SQA consists of managing the improvement of the parts purchased during the life of the series and in the daily relationship with the supplier, through teamwork, continuous improvement and the development of people within the framework of the Forvia System of Excellence (FES), in addition to promoting the culture of environmental care in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard.

The main missions of the role are:

• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the implemented systems IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and C-TPAT focused on Quality. APQP management for series products

• Ensure the transition to series life, for new programs with the ASQ.

• Maintain PPAP files and perform periodic re-qualifications, including R@R and process audits.

• Responsible for defining and implementing the receipt inspection instructions and the receipt inspection plan.

• Supervision of receipt inspection in the Plant.

• Obtaining from suppliers the control record (raw material certificate, etc.)
Supplier claims management:

• Implementation of TQW to protect the customer (internal / external).

• Launching Quality complaints in QSS.

• Follow-up to the quality action plans of the company. supplier and validation. 

• Lead the escalation process in events of supplier non-response or critical claims (S/R, PF4).

• Follow-up of supplier performance:

• PPM Supplier in Plant (monthly and 6MR)

• Management of the Red List

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
