Hire Resolve’s Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled Plant Production Manager to join their mining team. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical Engineering or Processing/Mining or equivalent qualification 5–10 years’ sound knowledge of relevant mining and production techniques applicable to kiln operations 2 to 5 years’ experience in process governance and standards Experience in project management Capacity to lead and direct the technical and operational aspects of the business, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, motivating and implementing appropriate changes Experience in service level agreements and contract management Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial and cost management Strong analytical ability
