Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Do you have a knack for logistics and a passion for efficiency? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology.
As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.                                                             
Supervise correct operation of FIFO                                                                     
Ensure the preservation of materials as well as tools and equipment                                                                    
Ensure order and cleanliness of the 5s area                                                                    
Administration of OHP structure                                                                     
Lead QRCI line Kata QRCI groups                                                                    
Coordinate and follow up on GAP Improvement Ideas                                                                    
Follow up and control of customer shipments                                                                    
Follow up on daily routine of standard and non-standard activities.    

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience: 

Experience in production or logistics in automotive industry. FIFO management                                                                    Office management                                                                     SAP system management                                                                    Cyclic counts                                                                    Inventory management and transfers

Skills and competencies:
