Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesPrincipales responsabilidades:
El rol del encargado de servicio a cliente PC&L dentro de una planta es emitir y controlar el proceso del área de exportaciones y comunicación con el cliente para validad calificaciones.
Los principales objetivos de este perfil son:
▪ Controlar las piezas embarcadas y las fechas de validez de los embarques.
▪ Analizar, entender y anticipar las necesidades del cliente, garantizando que éstas tienen un reflejo en las actividades de producción.
▪ Programar fletes de exportación terrestre y dar seguimiento a embarques de exportación terrestre
▪ Enviar documentos de exportación a clientes Inter compañías USA
▪ Enviar documentos y cartas de instrucciones a agentes aduanales (mexicano y americano)
▪ Enviar documentos de exportación a transportistas (líneas americanas)
▪ Revisar documentos recibidos por parte del agente aduanal (operaciones de exportación)
▪ Generar guías de mensajería y documentación necesaria
▪ Coordinar rutas de clientes nacionales y de exportación
▪ Coordinar con transportistas las entregas de las cajas exportación
