Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As Customer Service, you will be responsible for receiving and analyzing customer requirements to integrate the demand into the production plan. Ensure customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely information to the shipping area, to meet customer needs, according to the quantity required, the product requested and the delivery time desired by them. Follow up on deliveries and shipment of commercial documents, transmission of ASNs, and administration of customer portals in the logistics areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer contact for receipt and validation of requirements.
Ensure finished product is delivered to the customer in time and quantity.
Track shipments, communicate failures.
Follow up on shipments and direct delivery to customers.
Report % fulfillment of TPA's against inventory in system.
Validation of ASN transmission.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Key Requirements:
2 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
Advanced level of English
SAP, EDI
Customer portals.
