Plant Manager - Cold Forming
Our client, in the Automotive Fasteners Industry is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager you will be part of the Management Team. The ideal candidate must have Cold Forming experience, Leadership capabilities, and process improvement knowledge which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Plant Manager** **Location: Ferndale, MI** **Pay Range: $100 to $130k** **What’s the Job?** + Will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a Cold-Forming manufacturing plant. + To ensure that production goals are met while maximizing overall plant performance. + Responsible for developing processes that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
