About the Job: As a Plant Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the Chrome Wash Plant, overseeing all operations—from production to people, safety to strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the challenge to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do: Lead all aspects of plant operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement across the site Oversee plant personnel, budgets, maintenance, and supply chain coordination Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Analyze plant performance data and report to senior leadership Manage capital projects, upgrades, and long-term operational planning Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation What We’re Looking For: Diploma or Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in mineral processing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role Solid knowledge of Chrome processing (gravity separation, DMS, spirals) Strong leadership, financial management, and plant optimization skills Excellent communication and decision-making abilities A proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational KPIs
