While reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Senior Director, as the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco’s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the (Location) plant.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing the plants annual operating budgetRequesting capital authorization applications for capital expendituresPromoting and supporting a maintenance excellence processBuilding and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction

This position is located in West Chester OH.

We’d love to hear from you if:

You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)You have 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferredYou have experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $136,720 to $153,810, plus annual target bonus of 25% of base salary.
