What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficient and effective production.Manage and coordinate plant staff, including training and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet customer demands.
