What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.Manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor production quality and implement improvements to meet customer specifications.Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.Develop and manage budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
