Our Artificial Lift Manufacturing team's primary products are Pump Stages. We manufacture the Heart of Electrical Submersible Pumping (ESP) system, the machined parts of the global Energy Oil & Gas industry. We are the only Baker Hughes Manufacturing Plant in Thailand, based in Ban Bung, Chonburi.

As a Plant Manager – Artificial Lift Manufacturing Plant, you will manage an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. You will ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. You will cascade strategic objectives from Segment, Business Unit and Operations functional leadership to appropriate levels within the site of our Artificial Lifts operations.

As a Plant Manager – Artificial Lift Manufacturing Plant, you will be responsible for:

Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.

Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.

Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex sales processes with high degrees of customization.

Handling complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.

Leading a medium sized manufacturing unit. Unit consists of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments. Budget is > 5 million.

 To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent.

Have more than 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing site/plant management from any production or industrial. (Foundry industry would be preferrable.)

Have excellent communication skills in both oral and written in Thai & English

Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects.

Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
