Job Title: Plant Manager – Mining

Location: Mpumalanga

Hire Resolve’s Leading Mining Clients are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager for their mining operation in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the processing plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

To manage all day-to-day plant operations and discard handling To manage compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act To manage and enforce codes of practices, procedures, permissions and exemptions To manage and ensure safety and profitability

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Metallurgy Processing or Engineering Qualification 5 years’ experience as Plant Superintendent within a mining environment

Benefits:

Salary: R2m – R2,8m CTC
