It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **JOB SUMMARY:** THE PLANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL PLANT HR, IR ACTIVITY OF TWO FACTORIES IN DAMAN. DRIVE LOCAL HR ACTIVITIES TO MEET PLANT OBJECTIVES. HIRING OF PLANT WORKFORCE AND COLLABORATE ON STRATEGIES TO MEET CURRENT AND FUTURE LABOR DEMANDS. SERVE AS TRUSTED ADVISOR TO MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IN PROMOTING CONSTRUCTIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS APPROACHES AND PRACTICES. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS** + Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. + Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. + Analyze, Prepare and Execute action plan based on the weekly, monthly HR KPI indicators. + Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. + Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. + Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and affirmative action procedures across the unit. + To drive an organization through training & development initiatives and build a high-performance culture aligned to organizations strategy. + Responsible for adhering to all legal and statutory compliances requirements related to wage and salary administration, labor, and maintenance of relevant record. + Oversee the implementation of consistent human resource management policies across the organization related to HR Planning, Hiring, Employee Engagement, PED, Training & Development, Retention to restructuring of policies, approaches, and procedures **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum 7-10 years of Experience in Plant HR Function and 2-3 years of experience as a Plant HR Manager or similar role + MBA or master’s degree in HR will be preferred. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** + Well verse with labor laws and HR Sub systems like, HR Planning, PMS, Training & Development, Payroll Management etc. + MS Office Applications. Experience in People soft + Excellent Communication skill & strong IR background, good competency level in Problem Solving, Change Management, Auditing Skills, Data Analytics and interpretations, Business Acumen \#LI-MB1 BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
