Job Description:

The supervisor responsibilities are compliance , project and sustainability in relation to BaSE area of responsibility

Compliance

The position determines compliance applicable on BaSE areas and conducts self-audit to ensure compliancy at all time.

He/She ensure corrective action are executed in order to close identified findings

He/She keep up to date knowledge on latest regulations

Projects

The position is managing the conception and execution of BaSE project within determined specification, cost and timing

He/She designs the technical solution based on the validated requirements

He/she asses the cost and planning

Once the project is validated, he/she coordinate the execution within determined requirements/cost and planning

Sustainability

The position determines the objectives taking in account UPS global strategy and local regulations

He/She define actions to be put in place, asses their return on investment and manage the execution once validated

He/She is managing facilities energy reduction

Qualifications:
Master degree in Engineering - Preferred
Industrial application with H&S experience and project management experience - Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to analyze data, define and execute action plans

Ability to communicate across different level of hierarchy
Availability to travel all Italy

Autonomous

Fluent in English and Italian
