Position Summary :

The role of a Plant Digital Manager is to drive the implementation of projects linked to Digital Transformation in his/her plant to improve operational performance in accordance with the Group, BG, & Division strategy.

Responsibilites:Drive the digital Roadmap (Priorities, timing, capex, costs and savings commitments included in the StratPlan, Budget and Forecase processes)Ensure resources are allocated upon need to Digital and Automation projects (in particular, nomination of champions and their back-ups)Support champions in deployment and improvement of standards defined by BG / GroupDefine and support change management plansDefine training needs and coordinate with champions and HR Manager for implementationAccess champions’ skills and anticipate development needs in regard to Digital, in coordination with champions’ managersSet up appropriate governance, animate the network, build strong partnerships with all internal and external key stakeholdersFollow up Deployment and operational performance (adherence to Roadmap, P&L and Cash impant. # standard tools deployed, usage, # ideas implemented)Share Best Practices and lessons learned (capitalized project experience)Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following education/experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (degree or specialization in Digital related topic: Data, PLC programation, Connectivity, etc. is a plus)Leadership, capacity to animate workshop and influence functional networksOutstanding project management skillsDigital skills and curiosity on new technologies and toolsComfortable with data management topicsDeep understanding of lean manufacturing (FES). Operations experience is a plusGood understanding of a Plant P&LGood interpersonal and communication skills, English requiredAgility, open to new ideasExperience in transformation projectCustomer orientation, Leadership, Team spirit, Autonomy, Drive, Energy
