You will collaborate in record month-end journal entries for all cost center supported, in analyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections and budget and their deviations, in developing annual budgets and quarterly projections. + Provide financial support to the Manufacturing Plant with the preparation of various reports and financial analysis. + Active participation in the financial reporting process, especially: closing process, inventory and fixed asset management. + Participate in the yearly budget process. **Main responsibilities will include:** + Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results. + Support all aspects of FP&A including CAPEX spending forecasts, spending controls, close processes, variance analysis. + Research and prepare cost variance analysis and explanations. + Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance. + Provide support in the yearly budget process (budget preparation and upload of data into consolidation tools). + Development of Process Documentation related to the tasks performed. **About you** + Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or similar + High English level + Proven track record in Finance departments within **production environments** . + Experience with Excel (Macros, pivot tables) and SAP. + Outspoken, a good communicator that can inspire change. + Independent self-starter who takes challenges head-on, problem-solver, autonomous. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** **We are the makers of possible** BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
