Position Overview: Join our Smart Buildings team as our Plant Controller to help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our customers! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and adherence to KPI’s and commercial partner to plant management.

Responsibilities:

Work as a partner with the Plant Manager to drive strategic measures, KPI’s, financial results, and financial transparency. Prepares monthly and quarterly reports. Accomplishes planning, controlling, accounting, and reporting activities of costs including EVA, Gross Profit, Investments, NWC at plant level. Manages all commercial activities of the plant and aligns with financial business management in the regional and global operations organizations. Analyzes deviations in detail including corrective actions. Drives consistency, standardization, and digitalization of financial processes. Ensures productivity measures are in accordance with guidelines and performance is managed. Ensures adherence to all internal and external financial reporting guidelines. Takes responsibility for preparation and analysis of complex accounting issues. Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support Plant Manager, Business Unit Head of Finance, and Headquarters operations management.

You will impress us with the following qualifications:

BS in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years’ experience In depth knowledge of SAP Deep professional know-how and experience in manufacturing business, measurements and KPIs People management skills and leadership mindset Improves existing processes and drives consistency Strong understanding of annual budgeting and rolling forecast process Strong collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders (Plant and Corporate) Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task Detailed understanding of drivers of productivity and cost saving initiatives Highly skilled communication and presentation skills

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
