Position Summary:

The Ag Services and Oilseeds BU Controlling team is seeking a Plant Controller for their North American Oilseeds division. The successful candidate for the position will be a key, highly visible process leader for control activities and cost analysis for one of ADMs largest assets. In this role you will impact the success of our oilseeds business to drive transparency and cost management.  Your analysis will be crucial to driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.  This position offers the opportunity to work in a strong team environment, support and connecting Operations, GBS, Procurement, Finance and Performance Management. The position will report to the BU Controller NA Oilseeds.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting5+ years of relevant prior experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, root cause analysis, and process flow mapping preferredStrong ability to coach and influence, provide clear expectations and timely direct feedback, both positive and constructiveStrong analytical abilities, initiative and problem-solving skills.  Great attention to detail.
