Job Title: Plant Administrator
Location: Midrand

Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a qualified Plant Administrator for their client in Midrand. The ideal candidate will be a Diesel Mechanic with a trade certificate and extensive experience in fleet and plant management, particularly with yellow jacket heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and maintenance of the company fleet and plant equipment. Supervise and lead a team of mechanics. Manage plant operations, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation. Utilize computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation. Buildsmart experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Diesel Mechanic qualification with a trade certificate. 7-10 years of experience with yellow jacket heavy equipment and fleet management. Strong supervisory experience. Knowledge of business management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, etc.). Valid driver’s license.

Salary: Starting at R 45,000 per month.
