**MISSIONS**
As a Planning & Purchasing Coordinator, you will play an essential role in coordinating the production of our finished goods, based on sales, purchases, inventory, and production status. You will work closely with the Sourcing & Planning Manager to ensure smooth and efficient production while supporting the Purchasing team of 2 people.
Your main missions will be :
+ Actively participate in weekly Planning & Purchasing meetings to review demand/supply and develop action plans.
+ Coordinate communication and operations for the assembly department, issuing transfer orders, work orders, and/or purchase orders.
+ Monitor the assembly process to maintain a consistent workflow, managing stock levels and collaborating with Purchasing.
+ Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing departments to manage product returns and non-conformities.
+ Support the sourcing of diamonds, considering the global strategy and criteria of quality, price, and compliance.
+ Manage monthly and quarterly diamond inventories with suppliers to optimize stock levels.
+ Verify supplier invoices and control reported information.
+ Support and develop process improvement projects in the Planning and Purchasing areas.
**PROFILE**
+ Master’s Degree in Supply chain, Management, Economics or similar, CSCP Certification will be considered a strong plus
+ Min. 2-3 years ‘experience in managing production planning in a complex multinational environment
+ Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights
+ Good knowledges in Project Management
+ Fluent in English & French
+ Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP Systems
+ Goal Oriented, reliable and flexible working style
+ Very good communication and collaboration skills
+ Good knowledge and curiosity about the luxury industry (watch industry is a strong plus)
