Planning Programming & Control Analyst II

As a Program Control Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects of a program. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving program success.
You will report directly to our Program Control Manager, and you'll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Measure program performancePrepare and publish metrics and reportsAnalyze program riskIdentify root cause, impact, and recommend corrective actionsMaintain schedule and track milestonesTrack budget and program financial dataAnalyze cost schedule integrationEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practicesImprove processes

YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 1+ years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
