This is your chance to work on **Very** , one of the UK’s biggest and most innovative online retailers. Whether it’s **"Let’s Make It Sparkle"** for Christmas or hyper-personalised digital campaigns, Very is all about making **shopping smarter, more exciting, and more accessible** . Their data-led approach and ambitious marketing strategy make them a **retail powerhouse** , and you’ll be at the heart of shaping **cutting-edge, full-funnel media strategies** that deliver results.
Beyond retail, this role will also involve planning for a **market-leading brand in a fast-moving sector** , helping to shape media strategies that drive engagement and long-term brand growth.
**What You’ll Do:**
🚀 **Lead strategic media planning** for Very, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.
📊 **Develop insights-driven plans** that span digital, TV, OOH, social, and more.
🎯 **Work closely with clients and internal teams** to challenge briefs and push the boundaries of media strategy.
🤝 **Collaborate with creative, performance, and data teams** to ensure seamless execution.
🔥 **Own key projects** from start to finish, mentoring execs and ensuring excellence in delivery.
**What We’re Looking For:**
✔ **Strong** **experience** in media planning, ideally across **retail, e-commerce, or performance-driven brands** .
✔ A **strategic thinker** with a knack for turning data into compelling media narratives.
✔ A **confident communicator** who can build strong client relationships and lead discussions.
✔ A **team player** who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✔ Someone who **loves pushing boundaries** and finding new ways to engage audiences.
