Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage planning and forecasting for BHS maintenance and resource allocation. Design and oversee the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including workflows for Enterprise Asset Management, Equipment Inventory Management, and Work Order Management. Coordinate with Airport Operations to prepare preventive maintenance plans that align with system availability. Prepare and manage monthly staff rosters for maintenance tasks in collaboration with Maintenance Engineers. Review and update equipment job cards and maintenance records regularly. Generate and manage work orders in line with equipment maintenance plans, ensuring timely verification and closure. Design and implement training plans for the maintenance team, focusing on Health & Safety and technical skills. Prepare and share detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with management, customers, and stakeholders. Monitor and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Develop and update performance dashboards, analyze trends, and forecast maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

3+ years of experience in planning. Experience with Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) or other Material Handling Systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Proven ability to create presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting documents for analysis and reporting.
