Your role and responsibilities

The Service Coordinator holds an important position in the execution of service tasks carried out by the Robotics Service Engineers team in the BeNeLux. You coordinate and plan the delivery of necessary resources, spare parts, service engineers, and logistics for on-site service tasks. You ensure the process runs smoothly, from quotation to customer acceptance. To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Planning Coordinator for our contracts. You report to the Service Manager. You act as the main point of contact for the customer, Field Service Engineers, our factories, and external suppliers.Your responsibilities:•\tAct as the main point of contact (email and phone) for customers and service technicians.•\tEnsure efficient planning - in Salesforce - of customer intervention requests, including the logistical flow. You monitor the quality and progress of the work.•\tProvide work descriptions to engineers for service completion and prepare work safety plans as needed according to ISO, VCA standards.•\tHandle the technical and logistical preparation and completion of service tasks; preparing quotations, registering orders (in SAP), entering spare parts orders, invoicing, etc.•\tManage all necessary reports and documentation and ensure timely registration of required data in the system.•\tIdentify improvement opportunities in products, services, and processes, and disseminate findings.•\tBe the first point of contact for service engineers and customers by phone.Work model: #LI-hybrid

Qualifications for the role

You are strong at communicating.Your attitude is centered on service, allowing you to grasp the circumstances faced by customers and team members, all while keeping commercial goals in mind.To navigate numerous roles concurrently under varying conditions, it is essential to prioritize tasks, adjust rapidly, and devise original solutions.You are engaged, stress-resistant, and excel in cooperative environments.Enthusiasm for technology would be helpful. Technical background/education is a plus, but not a must.Good command of the Dutch, French (English) language is necessary.Knowledge of MS Office packages, experience with SAP and Salesforce.
