Planning and Delivery Leader
Indianapolis, IN
As a Planning and delivery leader for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play an integral role in the preparation, planning, issuing and controlling production schedules along with coordinating material requirements, to ensure a controlled flow for approved materials is timed to meet production.

Key Accountabilities:
Scheduling equipment and personnel
Confirming material supply and demands
Preparing work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirement
Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders
Must be willing to traveling up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
Basic Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 2+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 1+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;
Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations OR:
JD/PhD
In lieu of degree 4+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing

Preferred Requirements:
Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) experience
Experience with project management
Experience collaborating with various departments
