The Planning Administrator III is responsible for vendor management activities and championing complex operational project implementations. They conduct advanced business analysis to support planning activities and provide expert technical systems support to the merchandise teams
Key Responsibilities:
Managing online product availability, accuracy, and efficiency. Communication with internal and external stakeholders Performing various administrative tasks Accurately and timeous capturing of product and product attributes. Website Storefront maintenance and administration to ensure products and images are accurately and timeously loaded and available on the website. Monitoring and responding to sales. Ensuring accurate and timeous placement, follow up and delivery of orders updating the systems accordingly. Work with stakeholders to plan and execute promotional activity. Analysis and reporting. Building constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications and Experience:
Have a minimum of a Matric Qualification Computer literacy on MS Word and MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) A minimum of 2-3 years Merchandise Assistant experience is essentialSkills:
