This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. The Operations Planner will focus on the short-term execution of strategies and tactics to achieve the organization's strategic objectives, typically covering a period of one year or less. Will work closely with various departments to develop and implement operational plans, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve organizational goals. **Responsibilities** •Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. •Perform and engage with the cross functional team (Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Test and other departments) to implement changes and drive improvement. •Prepare and present reports on operational performance. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). •Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. •Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations. **Qualifications** •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent with considerable experience in a similar role working in a Production and Manufacturing Environment •Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active strategic approach to challenges. •Pays close attention to details with high level of customer focus (internal & external) •Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals and objectives •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally to achieve an end goal •Change Agent, Problem Solver, and Systems/Process Oriented •Effective Team player
