**Job Summary/Purpose**
Responsible for planning tasks, projects, and day-to-day activities, including work orders for simple projects, which may include both short- and long-cycle work in CCS, Maximo, and Click using lighthouse model. Responsible for managing exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates for simple projects.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
Screens and consolidates work orders for simple projects using Maximo.
Manages the exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates.
Manages work order hand-off in cases requiring design engineering.
Coordinates with other groups (e.g., Design/ Engineering and Supply Chain) on job scope, work packages, job prerequisites, and material and T&E estimates.
Maintains and performs updates on scheduled work, resolves time constraint conflicts, identifies variances, develops explanations to schedule changes, monitors close out tasks, and sends reminders as needed.
Identifies Click schedule errors, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to schedule conflicts. Works with affected parties to ensure that conflicts are resolved and/or mitigated.
Coordinates and leads weekly scheduling conferences with local management personnel. Adjusts schedules and work plans as necessary based on stakeholder feedback.
Coordinates with Supply Chain and local network leadership to ensure proper material and equipment availability as needed. If material or equipment are unavailable and/or will impact project completion, updates Click accordingly and communicates with necessary parties (either Supply Chain or local network leadership).
Interfaces with groups such as Project Management and Construction, Major Accounts, Asset Management, and Distribution Operations Center for outage planning and resource coordination. Adjusts schedules and work plans based on stakeholder feedback.
Serves as a member of the Incident Response Team.
**Minimum Requirements**
**Minimum education required of the position**
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
**Minimum experience required of the position**
Planner Scheduler I: 2-4 years’ experience
Planner Scheduler II: 4-6 years’ experience
Desired: Maximo, Click, or CCS knowledge.
**Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position**
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables. Ability to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience/training in planning and scheduling activities. Strong knowledge of and expertise with computer technology. Strong decision making skills.
