Planner / Scheduler

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the planning and scheduling of departmental workloads and work crews. You'll ensure alignment with company policies and exceptional customer service standards, while contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the department’s master schedule using various systems, ensuring efficient labor utilization to meet customer and company requirements.

Monitor, update, and adjust schedules to address unforeseen changes, emergencies, or shifts in priorities while maintaining work continuity.

Serve as the primary liaison between the department, external customers, and consulting firms, coordinating job status from initiation to completion.

Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations on job schedules, crew performance, backlog, workload, and other key performance indicators.

Provide reports to management and supervisors on schedule performance, resource allocation, and trend analysis.

Compare actual costs and work schedules against initial estimates to assess efficiency and identify variances.

Support design, construction, maintenance, and inspection staff by collecting and distributing essential job-related tools, reference materials, and records.

Maintain and update systems of record, including Maximo, SAP, and Phoenix, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Prepare and manage documentation such as permits, contracts, letters, and memos using various software applications.

Maintain both electronic and physical job order files, ensuring proper preparation for design, construction, and maintenance activities.

Coordinate the reservation, batching, and delivery of job-required materials to support operational readiness.

Ensure accurate and timely job closeout and reconciliation processes.

Handle accounting tasks such as invoice submission and collections.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or higher



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
