Position: Merchandise Planner – Licensing & Retail
Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week with potential to increase to 30 hours/week)
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $79.41 per hour
Location: Atlanta, GA (AOC), with a hybrid schedule (1–2 days in-office weekly)

What You’ll Do:Shape the Future of Retail:
Lead cross-category merchandise assortments (apparel & hardlines) tailored to our target consumer and market, aligned with our innovative brand vision.
Manage Open-to-Buy planning to achieve critical KPIs, including sales, gross margin, and inventory targets.
Collaborate and Innovate:
Partner with a global network of vendors, supply chain professionals, and merchandise planners to forecast, order, and replenish inventory.
Work closely with Visual Merchandisers to design and execute eye-catching, profit-driving displays.
Drive Results:
Analyze sales and product performance weekly and monthly, making data-driven recommendations to optimize the business.
Develop actionable strategies to enhance productivity, adjust assortments, and achieve financial goals.
Streamline Operations:
Oversee logistics, supply chain processes, and vendor relationships to ensure products arrive on time and meet quality standards.
Manage licensing contracts and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:Your Expertise:
5+ years of retail merchandise planning experience, preferably in apparel or accessories.
Proven ability to manage Open-to-Buy planning and deliver exceptional financial results.
Experience launching new retail stores or concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with international retail operations is preferred.
Your Skills:
Analytical and strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and consumer insights, with a finger on the pulse of market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Effective communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Your Mindset:
Highly adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay Details: $70.31 per hour
