Job Description

Danfoss is seeking an Inbound Planner to join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL), who will be responsible for maintaining orders and deliveries for our RAC division (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Controls). That is why we need someone who is result-oriented and innovative to join our team who will help structure processes.

 

This function also involves process development and optimization, so if you are a structured and experienced professional with an operational mindset and a passion for logistics and supply chain management – this position is made exactly for you.

 

Your colleagues and stakeholders are in different countries in Europe and Asia, so you enjoy working in a virtual and multi-cultural environment. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

 

Ordering raw materials and parts Follow-up on deliveries Managing supplier development and cooperation Maintaining raw material and parts stock Process development and optimization to secure best practice across functional areas and plants Background & Skills

As you will work cross cultural, it is a must that you have high proficiency in English, both orally and written. At the same time, you can work independently and, in a team, pay attention to detail and you have a structured approach to solving problems.

 

Additionally, we are looking for a person with:

Bachelor’s degree within logistics/supply chain management 3+ years of experience within Inbound Planning or similar Supply Chain position Excellent skills within communication, organizing, analyzing, and negotiating A proactive and innovative mindset as well as a personal drive A structured and persistent way of working and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Respect for- and understanding of the business' needs Fluency in English both orally and written Good IT skills in MS Office (Excel), experience with SAP R3 and Business Intelligence is an advantage Openness to work from the office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL) Employee Benefits
