Job Summary:
The Pipeline Supply Scheduler is responsible for all scheduling activities of various 3rd party pipelines and indirect support of rail and truck scheduling. This position will support the regional Supply, Midstream and Logistics teams with daily, weekly, and monthly operational information as well as work with accounting for month end and ongoing accounting requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the coordination and support to Supply, Midstream, and Logistics teams, including input for pipeline optimization Responsible for monitoring pipeline demand and fulfillment and is accountable for timely nominations, delivery of product, and accurate input of movement information Work with third-party electronic system (Estream, T4, and Focus), to access demand and movement data Pipeline scheduling lead (including MAPL, Teppco, ME2, Dixie, Oneok, etc…) Daily management of movement obligations on orders as operational or commercial changes take place Pipeline reporting and dashboards Analyze performance against pipeline contracts Maintain and grow relationships with external customer contacts Perform daily, weekly, and month-end close requirements Maintain administrative reports for management via open position/inventory schedules, nomination changes, historical volume movements and other schedules as required Work in coordination with accounting for inventory and storage reconciliation Assist in scheduling support for S&L group in rail and truck as needed respond to requests for standard and complex quote requests Timely execution of transactions - back-up to execute transactions Responsible for recognizing and executing transactions within the approval levels and transaction levels in the RMC Policy. Responsible for entering all transactions into the Right-Angle system within the specified guidelines. Assist the Director with secondary review of approved volumes prior to execution. Assist in preparing the Weekly Market Updates and Monthly Risk Management Committee documents. Assist in maintaining the historic pricing files that extend prior to the information available in the FASTS system. Assist in reviewing and preparing information for formal 10k and annual financial data and charting requests.

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of industry experience preferred
