**Job Title: Pipe Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced pipe welders proficient in TIG, MIG, and flux welding to join our team on the 1st shift. The work schedule is from 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 8-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Responsibilities** + Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures. + Take and read measurements to plan layout and procedures. + Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. + Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting material with powered saws to match measurements. + Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding. + Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces. + Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead). + Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps. + Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in TIG welding + Proficiency in MIG welding + Experience with pipe welding + Fabrication skills + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings + Experience with welding equipment setup and operation + Skilled in operating angle grinders + Ability to align components accurately **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Capability to work in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) + Experience in repairing machinery through welding + Attention to detail in testing and inspecting welds **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and opportunities for growth are plentiful. You will work with various welding technologies and equipment in a collaborative and hands-on setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
