REQUIREMENTS
Matric Diploma in CAD Technologies (Mechanical, Multidisciplinary, or Architectural Draughting) Additional coursework in MEP services or HVAC piping would be an advantage 2–3+ years of experience in industrial design or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, and the Microsoft Office Suite Strong spatial visualization skills; familiarity with SketchUp is advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create precise 2D and 3D piping layouts using software such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Revit Develop detailed plant room models, piping systems, and skid-mounted solutions Produce P&IDs, isometric sketches, and tender drawings Conduct site visits to produce accurate As-Built and As-Installed drawings Resolve design conflicts during construction and commissioning phases Assist in preparing technical drawings and maintaining comprehensive drawing registers Coordinate services and identify clashes during BIM meetings Standardize Revit families for refrigeration components Manage drawing office tasks and represent the company in both internal and external BIM meetings To apply, please send your CV to [email protected]
