In this role, you’ll become a key player in revolutionizing our manufacturing processes while driving the development of cutting-edge packaging solutions. As part of the Global Science and Technology team, you’ll work closely with Product and Process Development teams to evaluate novel manufacturing processes and packaging propositions at R&D facilities and facilitate their deployment to full-scale factories.
What will be your key responsibilities?Design and optimize manufacturing processes for a variety of products and formulations at the R&D pilot plant. Conduct detailed trials to validate new technological propositions. Includes reporting and knowledge management discipline. Lead sample productions @ Pilot Scale In collaboration with product development teams. Lead trials @ Pilot Scale in collaborate with Product, Process & Pack development teams Being knowledgeable/experienced utilizing lab scale analytical assets. Designing testing plan and reporting. Generate, analyze, and interpret process data to improve performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams in NPD and technology projects to develop new thermal cycles. Provides training (theoretical, assets and software) for pilot plant users. Participate in multi-disciplinary teams responsible for innovation projects from concept to execution. R&D representative and member of HACCP team
What are we looking for?Bachelor of Science in a Chemical, Food Science or Engineering discipline. 2-3 years of experience in a FMCG’s related manufacturing or R&D field. Experience includes experience operating Pilot Plant machinery as well as analytical equipment. Operates under a reporting and knowledge management rigor. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English is desired. Understanding of statistical analysis and data analysis knowledge of quality systems and lean manufacturing principles preferred. Physical ability to work with pilot scale process equipment. Travel (domestic and international on as need basis), can be possible.
