Duties and Responsibilities As Pilates Instructor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: Check and set up the daily operations and supply of the fitness and pilates areas and male and female changing areas according to standards. Assist other fitness instructors and hosts to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately in a timely manner. Greet the guest upon entering and leaving the fitness areas and explain to them the general procedures. Exercise regularly to maintain fitness level. Answer telephone calls and queries and give accurate details regarding pilates inquiries. Maintaining the cleanliness of fitness and pilates equipment after every guest use. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing pilates and its equipment. Perform pilates classes and personal trainings as per Six Senses Spas standards. Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualifications To execute the position of Pilates Instructor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in physical education preferred and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven certificates. Proven certifications in Pilates and Pilates reformer. Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness. Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
