Pignataro Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our plant in Pignataro Maggiore (CE).

Reporting to the Italy Supply Chain Manager, in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production logistics within the facility, ensuring adequate stock and timely supply to production lines.

Coordinate materials management and inbound/outbound flow.

Identify and address gaps in capabilities and production performance to meet customer commitments.

Lead the planning team and manage scheduling activities from material replenishment to production scheduling.

Manage external logistics providers to meet company targets and SOP, in compliance with Group rules and KPIs.

Ensure efficient handling of internal physical and IT flows for accurate production planning, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

Update and present action plans based on deviations from target KPIs (service level, special transports, stock level, inventory adjustments, costs).

Ensure the correctness of actions and documents issued.

Manage processes and logistic flows through a team, ensuring compliance with Group policy.

Who We’re Looking For:

Degree in management engineering, Supply Chain Logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in similar roles.

Responsiveness and priority management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage complex environments.

Decision-making attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong teamwork skills, results-oriented, and ambitious.

Fluency in both Italian and English is a must.
