Will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, paying special attention to customer specific requirementsWill be required to stand/lift/bend the entire shift and able to lift 65 poundsMust be experienced in driving motorized material handling equipmentWill independently perform housekeeping aisle audits on a routine basisMust be able to work safely and efficiently in a team environment as well as be able to independently plan work activities and meet daily productivity goals.Must be detail oriented and able to perform basic mathematical functionsIs able to plan and carryout movement or flow of materials or products in a productive mannerAssure that accurate customer orders are completed with efficiency

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with a preferred minimum of 2 years prior picking/warehouse experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision at timesAbility to build and maintain relationships within the division and externallyStrong communication skillsMust have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environmentDetail orientedAbility to meet deadlines as assigned

Competencies

Understanding of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculations of percentages, measurement conversions).Time Management and Communication SkillsMust be dependable, have good attendance, be punctual, and have a positive attitudePrioritizes regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
