**Responsibilities**
As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for Ascension Medical Group. Please note this is an on-site/hybrid position and will require travel throughout the Milwaukee and Racine Wisconsin area.
Responsibilities include:
+ Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
+ Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.
+ Attend in person interviews with the candidate.
+ Communicates with leaders and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and candidate status
+ Complies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
+ 3+ years Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to juggle multiple demanding positions and prioritize as appropriate
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Sharp attention to detail
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
