Join a growing, thriving seven-physician Hematology/Oncology group in the Myrtle Beach regions! Tidelands Health, a 330-bed, community-based, not-for-profit, health system is seeking full and/or part time BC/BE Hematologists/ Oncologists to be a part of a dynamic, multi-specialty integrated practice located in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and Georgetown – with a fourth clinic to come in Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach in 2024! In addition to the seven Hematologists/Oncologists there are two breast surgeons and two radiation oncologists. The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

   

 The Position:

Thriving practices; largest multi-specialty integrated group in the Myrtle Beach region for patient continuity 

3 off-site locations -- 4th opening in 2024!

7 Hematologists/Oncologists, 2 Breast Surgeons, and 2 Radiation Oncologists

Support Staff:  each physician has their own MA, LPN and Nurse Navigator

Cancer program sees 1600 new analytic patients per year

Full pharmacy services at each site with 340B

Full lab services at each site including CBC and CMP at each site

Infusion services of 120 patients/day over 63 chairs at all three sites

2 Linacs providing Radiation Therapy at the Murrell’s Inlet site

Breast Care Centers supported by (2) breast surgeons

Accreditation – CoC, NAPBC

Lymphedema Clinic

Health system employed hospitalist services for admissions

Two acute-care hospitals and three outpatient practices, with plans for a fourth outpatient location

Excellent clinical support with a dedicated MA, LPN and nurse navigator for each physician, as well as an employed hospitalist service for admissions

Modern facilities, including two linear accelerators, 3T MRI and 3D mammography; 340b pharmacy services, laboratory services and infusion services at each site; and a lymphedema clinic

Full specialty support for referrals, including a tertiary relationship with MUSC Health, South Carolina’s academic medical center

Accredited by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers

A member of the MUSC Hollings Cancer Network, South Carolina’s only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center
