Currently seeking someone for Primary Care/ Occupational Medicine for a role in Cordele, GA. We are open to shorter and longer terms as we source a permanent provider for the site, and ample notice would be provided as it will take a minimum of 45 days to have a new provider clear credentialing. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide primary care with some light occupational medicine (light patient load, 5 per day) REQUIREMENTS: + BC license (MD/FM) + New grads welcome + Valid GA License + Current DEA Certificate HOURS: + Part time - 12 hours a week. Mondays 8:00am-5:00pm. Lunch 12:00-1:00pm. Thursdays 8:00am-12:00pm + Start Date: ASAP PAY: + Pay depends on years of experience
