Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting. Experience with the geriatric population.
