Physical Therapist (PT) Margate, FL, USA Req #12000 Monday, September 9, 2024 Physical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities + Provides expert guidance and assistance to the rehab clinicians in all matters relating to the delivery of home health services to assure that quality standards are maintained. + Ensures agency policies and procedures are known and followed by all rehab staff. + Attends and participates in in-service programs. + Ensures that rehab services are provided in accordance with the physician’s plan of care. Advises the Director of Rehabilitation of any lapses. + Keeps up with rehab trends and developments, and rehab-related home health and management issues. + Facilitates positive communication among staff and collaborates among agency departments. + Participates in agency quality improvement programs as needed. + Performs other duties as required. Job Qualifications Required + One year of home health experience preferred. + License to practice professional physical therapy in New York State.
