Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and execute patient’s treatment program. You will coordinate with the team, patient and family to develop a goal directed program. You will maintain accurate records of services provided. You will be responsible for following departmental procedures, maintaining professional standards. You will provide leadership and direction to staff as well as participate in program operation. + You will develop, implement and execute patient evaluations, treatment programs and discharge plans + You will provide instruction/leadership to Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, aids and students according to program policy. + You will be responsible for assigned program operations and personnel management in the absence of the supervisor. + You will perform and complete thorough evaluations in accordance with guidelines stated in departmental policies and procedures. **What qualifications you will need:** + Minimum two years; experience as a Physical Therapist + One-year experience as a staff Physical Therapist at St. David’s + 4 years rehabilitation experience – preferred + Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy + Current Physical Therapist license in Texas + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross St. David’s Georgetown Hospital (https://stdavids.com/location/st-davids-georgetown-hospital) is a comprehensive healthcare facility located north of Austin,Texas.
