We are looking for a Full-Time, Float Physical Therapist to travel to our MN sites in the Metro/Central area of the Twin Cities! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & up to a $5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! This Full-Time position working 3 days per week, 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible! Pay Range: $45 - $65 / hour depending on experience Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities: + Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree + Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License + Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care. + Develop “Start of Care Visits” and “Initial Evaluations.” Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area. + Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. + Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices. + Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. + Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
