Position Requirements:

Graduate of approved School of Physical Therapy. Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois. Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association. Previous experience with pelvic floor dysfunction and outpatient experience is required.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and have specialized training or interest in pursuing specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction. 

$38.25 - $57.30 Hourly
