Part-Time DPT needed $70 per visit shifts Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. We are looking for a Physical Therapist for Home Care. If you are a passionate DPT who enjoys working in homecare, look no further. Responsibilities

Instructs the patient and guides them in exercises and stretching.Recommends interventions/treatments.Provides hands-on therapy and treatments.Records/documents clients’ reaction to treatment and provides status reports at the end of each treatment.Communicate with patients and/or families on their treatment/interventionsFollow-up with the Care Team on clients’ progressEnsure compliance with all local and federal lawsTravel to provide client care services

Qualifications

One (1) year of home health care experience preferredCurrent state license to practice in Minnesota where care is being provided. Doctorate Required.Ability to provide manual (hands-on) therapy and balance interventionTraining with adaptive equipment trainingComply with accepted professional standards of practiceExcellent interpersonal skillsAnalytic/Critical thinkerUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAvailability Monday thru Fridays (flexible scheduling) (no weekends).
