Position Available:
We are currently seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic team. 

Full-Time or Per Diem

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate & Plan: Assess residents’ conditions and develop tailored physical rehabilitation plans. Enhance Mobility: Assist residents in improving their mobility through targeted exercises and therapy techniques. Pain Management: Utilize hands-on therapy, stretching, and physical therapy devices to alleviate pain. Education & Guidance: Instruct residents on the proper use of physical therapy equipment and provide support during tasks. Recovery Support: Explain the recovery process and prepare residents for each stage of their rehabilitation. Confidentiality: Maintain residents’ confidence by keeping all information confidential. Team Leadership: Supervise physical therapy assistants as needed and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current New York State PT License. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
