Full Time Physical Therapist Needed
Our growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Mechanicsburg is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). We need a Pennsylvania licensed physical therapist who loves helping people in pain return to normal naturally. Success is measured by patients who complete their care plan, reach their goals, and become raving fans of the clinic. Our clinic strives to be the place our patients refer their friends and family members.

We have a strong mentorship program for all our new hires. We will have research article reviews, one on one monthly meetings with the clinical director and time set aside for questions each week. We have a career ladder many of our physical therapists have completed and are currently working through. Throughout the process you will have mentorship each step of the way.
Madden & Gilbert PT Career Ladder:
Entry Level DPT: the focus is on learning systems through mentorship with experienced clinicians to deliver effective clinical care. Direct Access DPT: the focus here is on fine tuning advanced clinical skills, and development of other competencies including team leadership and marketing yourself. Senior Team Leader: this is a senior position with experience that has a steady caseload and can manage the caseload. Clinical Director: primary competencies to develop at this level are leadership, financial management, team building, marketing, and operations. The position uses all the skills you have gained in your growth from new grad. This position is the face of the clinic. The clinical director will lead his clinic and make the best decisions to grow the clinic.Equity Partner: this is a team member with an ownership stake in the practice involved in the planning and growth of our practice.
The job includes examining patients, assessing needs, creating treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services. We have a strong focus on manual therapy. All our new hires are encouraged to complete their Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy certification through our company. This is a certification taught by our staff who travel around the country to teach these skills and certification. This is provided to all new hires at no cost. Most of our current Physical Therapists have completed their COMT and are using their skills daily with our patients. We want therapists who can grow from staff therapist to team leader, clinical director, and maybe even partner. With seven clinics, 104 team members, and about 50 clinicians, we treat spine and general orthopedics. Our company emphasizes patient education and community outreach. We do two seminars a month on topics such as low back pain, cervical pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. These seminars are offered at no cost to our community.
